OptiMate 5 (2.8 Ampere) is the ideal multi-functional device for maintenance of medium size up to large size batteries with 12 volt. Automatic implementation of diagnosis, revival, charge, test after charge and maintenance. Connect OptiMate 5 to the battery of the parked vehicle and it ensures an always 100% charge status, but without overcharging due to a long-term battery maintenance, in which charging and pause intervals alternate every 30 minutes. Recommended for standard batteries (with filler caps), sealed AGM-batteries (with glass mat) and sealed Lead-Gel batteries with 12 V an in a range of 8 to 120 Ah. You can also connect more powerful batteries, but so the charging period increases.
