Do you have questions about availability?

If an item is 'in stock' it will be shipped immediately. If it is 'available' this means we will place a back order and the item will be shipped a few days later. You can find this information directly on the page of each item under the size selection window. For orders of more than one item, the expected delivery date is indicated in your cart and in the order confirmation that you will receive by email.

Do you have questions about tha whereabouts of a shipment?

For every shipped order you will receive a shipping confirmation mail with tracking number. If you haven't apparently received any email, please always check the spam or junk mail folder of your inbox. We also remind you that from your Maciag Offroad account you can check the status of your order at any time.


How does a return work?

If you intend to return an item, you can easily register your return here. Select whether you would like a refund or a size exchange and once you have registered your return, you will receive a return shipping label. After receiving your return, your request will usually be processed within two days.
