The Heavy Duty (HD) dirt scraper has two integrated lips so that the dirt on the fork ring is pushed off better. Especially for extreme usage in mud or dust.

In developing the fork seals (fork oil seal) SKF placed special emphasis on the sealing performance. This means that you have deliberately chosen the highest quality materials for the fork ring and the dirt scraper. Recognizable of its green colour. A big advantage of SKF fork seal rings is the stick-slip-effect, which optimizes the response performance of forks for approximately 20%. Furthermore, SKF Kits avoid "pumping up" of the whole fork because of taking air through the seal rings.
