The new direct mount e*spec chainrings use the new M3 narrow-wide tooth profile, which reduces weight without sacrificing chain-retention. In making the SL and UL chainrings lighter and more beautiful than their predecessors, e*thirteen adapted a similar design to work with Bosch, Brose, and Shimano motor configurations.
