On August 19, we were at the Mimo Trails in Taucha near Leipzig to see the contest as part of the German freestyle mountain bike series. The Mimo Trails are maintained by hobby riders in their free time and have trails and pumptracks for every rider, no matter if beginner or pro.
Just like last year, the event was supported by us. This year, there were again contests for rookies, amateurs and pros. New was the Maciag Offroad pumptrack race, where riders had to prove their speed.
Riders of every age were motivated and gave their best. The performance was impressive and we're glad to support such young talents. Friedger, Johannes & Oliver won Maciag Offroad vouchers in the amateur contest.
The pros began late afternoon. Michael, Marcus & Teodor are the winners of that category. We're already looking forward to next year!
