The delivery times for each article can be viewed on the respective article page. Once you have selected your size, the estimated time of shipment, and, if necessary, the currently available quantity will be displayed above the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. This will also be displayed in your shopping cart.
Our inventory is updated on a real time basis and the inventories of our suppliers on a daily basis. In principle you can expect the articles to be available in the displayed delivery times.
Based on the information concerning the availability of the products you will be shown an estimated date of delivery in the summary of your order.
The date of delivery will, if necessary (e.g. if payment has not been received or the delivery from our suppliers is delayed), be updated on a daily basis and can be viewed in the details of your order at "My Account"
any time. Should the indicated date of delivery be delayed for more than one day, you will be informed by us.
If an article is not available, we will inform you immediately and recommend you a similar product if possible.
If no similar product is available or you do not want an alternative, you will be reimbursed for any payments already made.
