The soft outer layer is a 2 layer laminated cotton blend, bonded to a breathable, water-resistant membrane for protection that breathes. 
With two wet storage pockets and a storm flap over the zippers, this jacket is ready for nature's worst. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish adds further rain protection. The drawcord hem and hook and loop cuff closure provides a great fit and locks out the elements.
