For the BlackChili compound Continental refines special synthetic rubbers with proven natural rubber to produce particularly high-performance tread compounds. Sooty particles are then added to these compounds, which in turn are optimized in shape and surface properties. As a result, it offers 5% higher durability while improving rolling resistance by 26% and 30% more grip at the same time. This means you benefit from consistent driving characteristics from the first to the last ride.

The proven ProTection layer protects the tire from cuts and punctures without increasing the weight excessively. A combination of puncture-proof construction and good rolling properties as well as excellent grip.
