The Helm Air is Cane Creek's first endeavor into the world of mountain bike forks, after gaining a reputation for their headsets and highly customizable suspension parts. The Helm was designed with the same mindset and offers customizable compression, rebound, and travel. The fork offers you 10 clicks high-speed compression, 20 clicks low-speed compression, 15 clicks low-speed rebound, the spring is available in four different grades of hardness. With the supplied spacers, the spring travel can easily vary from 130 mm to 160 mm in 10 mm steps according to your wishes.
