Cane Creek MTB Rear Shock Double Barrel Air IL Open End Eye Air Spring
Variant
Air Spring
Product no.
SID101889-0

The Double Barrel Air IL offers you a low weight and thanks to the LinEair air spring system, also a similar linear response as with a coil shock. The shock put the contents of the piggyback into a smaller and lighter package, which saves you a lot of weight! Thanks to the Twin Tube technology, the shock responds very sensitively. With Climb Switch technology and the ability to independently adjust low/high-speed compression and low/high-speed rebound, the damper is perfectly tuned to your optimal setup and the respective track. And because you don't have to change a spring, it's especially easy and quick!

Twin Tube:

Exclusive Twin Tube Technology circulates oil continuously through the damping valving to achieve highly controllable, independent damping for both compression and rebound strokes. This unique design moves oil through externally adjustable valving instead of the main piston, allowing for superior tunability and eliminating the need for internal valving changes to achieve proper shock setup.

Climb Switch:

This setting can be switched on or off. It activates uphill optimized low-speed compression. This means less force is lost in the spring travel.
